Physiotherapist (MSK, Sport & Rehabilitation)
At Humanity Warwick, we’re more than just a clinic – we’re building a truly holistic centre of wellbeing. A place where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to move better and live better. As we expand, we’re excited to welcome a new Physiotherapist to join us from September/October.
We’re looking for someone with a strong MSK background and a special interest in sport, rehabilitation, and strength & conditioning. Beyond clinical expertise, we’re searching for a physiotherapist who values connection, brings warmth to their practice, and thrives as part of a small, happy and supportive team.
About the role
This is a truly varied and rewarding role within our growing centre of wellbeing. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
· Deliver high-quality, evidence-based MSK physiotherapy to a wide range of clients, from amateur and professional athletes to people recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. Your work will focus on restoring movement, reducing pain and improving function.
· Integrate strength & conditioning and rehabilitation principles into treatment plans to help clients build resilience and confidence beyond the treatment room. You’ll have the freedom to combine hands-on therapy with exercise prescription and functional training.
· Collaborate closely with our team of personal trainers, Pilates instructors, and other practitioners to create truly holistic, person-centred care. Together, we design seamless client journeys that support both body and mind.
· Train in and deliver Reformer Pilates sessions, blending your clinical expertise with restorative movement. If you’re not already qualified, we’ll support your training so you can help lead small group classes and one-to-one sessions as part of our physio-led Pilates offering.
· Contribute to the growth and evolution of our clinic – sharing ideas, shaping new services and helping us keep developing a space where both clients and practitioners thrive.
· Educate and empower clients, helping them understand their bodies, build strength safely, and develop long-term strategies to stay active and well.
This is an opportunity to do more than just treat symptoms – it’s about guiding clients towards lasting change, and being part of a team who believe in care that sees the whole person.
We’d love to meet someone who:
· Is a experienced physiotherapist (5 years post grad experience) with a passion for MSK and rehabilitation.
· Has CSP and HCPC registration.
· Has a genuine interest in strength & conditioning and understands the role it plays in long-term recovery and resilience.
· Is open, collaborative and community-minded – someone who believes real change happens when clients feel seen and supported.
· Is excited to keep learning and growing with us, including training in Reformer Pilates.
· Wants to be part of a positive, close-knit team that values humour, kindness, and working together.
Why join Humanity Warwick?
· Be part of a unique, positive team culture where every voice is valued.
· Work in a beautiful new clinic and studio space, thoughtfully designed to support holistic health.
· Help shape a truly integrated approach to wellbeing – from physiotherapy and Pilates to strength training and recovery.
· Grow personally and professionally in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Location: Based at our expanding clinic and studio in Hatton

· Experienced & knowledgeable – You’ve dedicated years to developing your expertise and can tailor your approach to each client’s unique needs.
