Our team of Physiotherapists have over 35 years experience in treating sports injuries which include recurring back/neck problems, trapped nerves, muscle strain, ligament damage and injured joints.

Seeking treatment promptly for new injuries and recurring symptoms is key to improving symptoms. Sports injuries can be successfully treated with manual therapy as well as evaluation of the symptom behaviour, the way you move and patterns of activity.

Assessing the way you use your body (your technique) can be crucial to preventing overloading of tissues and understanding the importance of footwear

Allow periods of rest in between intense activity or vary repetitive tasks to allow the tissues to rest. most importantly listen to your body.
