MUMMY AND BABY PILATES

If you have enjoyed Pilates in pregnancy, or are ready to take the next step to start your postnatal recovery, this is a natural progression in the months following delivery. A more relaxed class where your baby is welcome and you have freedom to balance exercise with the need of your little one.

The benefits of this class is to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, re-educate and retrain muscles throughout the body where natural changes have occurred.

Babies and pre-walkers are welcome along to this relaxed class. Suitable for mums from 6 weeks post-partum.

Mat classes will be 55-minute classes, run by trained Physiotherapists / Sports Therapists.

We run small group sessions of 6 participants per class. 1-2-1 / Private sessions are also available.
