PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
Pilates for beginners is a class aimed at those wanting to start Pilates, taught by Physiotherapists. The class focuses on core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. It can improve upper limb injuries, back pain, lower limb injuries and aid pre/post surgery recovery.
Pilates is a workout for the whole body and mind. All ages, are welcome at Humanity Warwick studio.
Mat classes will be 55-minute classes, run by trained Physiotherapists / Sports Therapists.
We run small group sessions of 6 participants per class. 1-2-1 / Private sessions are also available.
