TEEN PILATES
Teen Pilates classes are designed for 14-18 year old.
Pilates is a great form of exercise that emphasises controlled movements and breathing, which can help improve posture, flexibility, and muscle strength.
Here are some key benefits of Pilates for teenagers:
Improved Posture and Alignment: As teenagers grow, they can develop issues like scoliosis or kyphosis. Pilates helps in maintaining correct posture and alignment, which is crucial during growth spurts.
Increased Flexibility and Strength: Pilates exercises enhance flexibility and build strength without adding muscle bulk, which is great for teenagers’ developing bodies.
Enhanced Body Awareness and Coordination: Regular practice of Pilates increases body awareness and coordination, which is beneficial for teenagers involved in sports and other physical activities.
Stress Reduction and Relaxation: The mindfulness aspect of Pilates provides a therapeutic outlet for stress relief, contributing to relaxation and improved mood.
Improved Focus and Concentration: The concentration required in Pilates can boost teenagers’ focus and concentration, which can be helpful in their academic and personal lives.
