REFORMER PILATES
Reformer Pilates is a mind-body exercise programme that targets the deep stabilising muscles of the stomach and spine to improve overall core stability. It also builds on posture and strength challenging both local and global muscles throughout the body. Focus is on performing each exercise with precision and control aiming to restore normal movement & encourage daily function without pain.
With the use of the springs for resistance and feedback you are able to challenge your strength, endurance and control more than you would do in a mat class.
Reformer classes will be 55-minute classes, run by trained Physiotherapists / Sports Therapists.
We run small group sessions of 6 participants per class. 1-2-1 / Private sessions are also available.
Grippy socks will need to be worn when attending a reformer class, to prevent slipping.
