Physio-Led

PILATES FOR ALL

This class will incorporate a variety of level options to enable you to work at a higher level if you are able to perform exercises with good control or at a lower level if this is what your body requires. Therefore there can be a mixture of abilities in one group working toward a shared purpose.

Pilates focuses on core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. It can improve upper limb injuries, back pain, lower limb injuries and aid pre/post surgery recovery.

Pilates is a workout for the whole body and mind. All ages, and all abilities are welcome at Humanity Warwick studio.

Mat classes will be 55-minute classes, run by trained Physiotherapists / Sports Therapists.

We run small group sessions of 6 participants per class. 1-2-1 / Private sessions are also available.
