Low impact form of exercise focusing on strength, stability, and flexibility without being too taxing on joints and or muscles. Pilates can help to reduce symptoms of arthritis, osteoporosis and back pain, whilst enhancing physical and mental well being.
Suitable for beginners or those who have experience.
Mat classes will be 55-minute classes, run by trained Physiotherapists / Sports Therapists.
We run small group sessions of 6 participants per class. 1-2-1 / Private sessions are also available.
