EMILY EDEN

Clinical Lead Physiotherapist &

MummyMOT Practitioner

Emily has worked for 10 years as a Physiotherapist. Before setting up the clinic she worked as a Physiotherapy Manager of a private hospital. She has vast experience in acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, pre/post surgery conditions, orthopaedics, and rheumatological disorders. 

Emily takes a positive approach in helping clients return to their usual activities or sports by using a wide range of techniques including mobilisations, manipulations, electrotherapy, soft tissue techniques, taping, pilates based exercises and exercise programmes tailored to each client using a state of the art online exercise tool. She uses the most up to date evidence based treatments to enhance patient recovery as well as her clinical expertise.

Emily has a particular interest in sports and soft tissue injuries. She has experience within a range of sporting fields including rugby, where she has worked with Coventry Rugby club and Kenilworth Rugby Club for 10 years, as well as experience in treating golfers, runners, and swimmers. 

Since having her own children, Emily has trained as a MummyMOT practitioner. Her passion is to help mums fully recover, getting them back to their pre-pregnancy activities. 

Emily has gained additional specialist skills in Pilates, having completed Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute matwork levels 1 & 2, and Antenatal / Postnatal Pilates. Emily has taught Pilates for 8 years to all ages and abilities. She has a keen interest in helping pregnant and post-pregnancy clients by offering advice throughout these stages using Clinical Pilates.

Emily Eden

GILLIAN LAW

Senior physiotherapist

Gillian is a highly skilled physiotherapist with 23 years experience working within the NHS and private sector for many years.

Gillian specialises in the musculoskeletal field of Physiotherapy in addition to running a Pilates business for the last 10 years. 

Gillian has a passion for working alongside individuals to help them understand how their body moves and functions in order to assist them to maintain benefits of Physiotherapy. She has experience of running rehabilitation classes along with individual patient care using a variety of treatment techniques. She has experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, pre/post orthopaedic surgery conditions and sports injuries. 

Gillian has a breadth of clinical experience beyond Physiotherapy in Diabetes and Immunisation; this experience has enhanced her understanding and desire to provide holistic treatments. She seeks ways to promote wellbeing of each person.

Gillian has gained additional specialist skills in Pilates, having completed Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute matwork levels 1, 2 & 3, plus Antenatal / Postnatal Pilates. Gillian has taught Pilates for 11 years to all ages and abilities.

Gillian Law

EMILY SPENCER

Children's physiotherapist

Emily is a specialist paediatric physiotherapist who has worked in this field in the NHS and private sector since graduating in 2017 with a First Class Hons (BSc) in Physiotherapy. 

 

Emily is passionate about maximising babies, children and young people's potential to enable them to enjoy life. Emily achieves this through a positive and encouraging approach. Emily has a particular interest in neurological conditions and neurodevelopment with significant experience working with ex-premature babies, children with birth injuries and genetic conditions.

 

Emily has also gained additional skills in Pilates through completing training in the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute Matwork level 1, 2 and 3. Emily has taught Pilates to all ages and abilities including adults and children.

Emily Spencer

NICOLA MULKEEN

Women's & Men's Health Physiotherapist

Nicola graduated from Sheffield Hallam University as a physiotherapist in 2000. She has since worked in a variety of settings covering all aspects of physiotherapy.

 

Early in her career Nicola chose to work in paediatrics working with children with musculoskeletal problems and also with neuro-developmental issues. In 2004, Nicola had the opportunity to work in New Zealand for a year which was both a  fantastic experience and allowed her to fully immerse herself in a different culture.

In the last 16 years Nicola has developed a special interest in the field of pelvic health. This covers issues with bladder and bowel control, sexual issues or musculoskeletal problems during or after pregnancy.

 

Nicola is also trained in Men's health and has experience of working with male patients after prostate surgery, bowel cancer surgery or those who suffer with pelvic pain.

Nicola offers a holistic approach during her assessment and treatment to include exercise prescription, mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, electrotherapy and Pilates style tuition depending on the individual's needs.

Nicola has completed a post graduate certificate in "Physiotherapy for Continence" and is currently studying to become an independent prescriber.

Nicola Mulkeen

Fran Crew

Fran is a specialist neurological physiotherapist with experience working in a range of clinical and home settings. She also boasts a wealth of experience in overseas voluntary sector.

Initially graduating from University of Southampton in 2014, Fran has specialised within neurological rehabilitation over the past 8 years gaining experience in both Bobath method and motor relearning techniques.

 

Fran is passionate about maximising individual’s potential, regaining independence and enabling patients to enjoy life to the full. Fran endeavours to empower and educate individuals in order to take control of their prognosis and progress. Fran uses high evidence based treatment techniques to provide an individualised approach to reach personalised goals.

 

Fran shows a particular interest in stroke rehabilitation and helping individuals return to physical activity.

NIKKI BRADBROOK
Specialist Physiotherapist

Nikki is a highly skilled physiotherapist with over 30 years' experience working within the NHS. She has worked in Coventry as Team Leader of the departments as well as Warwick, Leamington Spa and Leamington Rehabilitation Hospital.

She worked alongside the rehabilitation team from the West Midlands Rehabilitation Hospital Selly Oak to develop and provide a service for amputees across Warwickshire.


Nikki specialises in MSK conditions that are acute/chronic; orthopaedic including pre/post-surgery; spines; amputees and a special interest in TMD (Temporomandibular disorders) - facial pain / jaw clicking.


Nikki is passionate about the benefits of Physiotherapy and has an holistic approach to her treatments to help clients to return to their normal activities and function. Nikki believes understanding and education are important to enable clients to maintain the benefits of the treatment techniques used.

NikkiBradbrook
DONNA-MARIE JONES
Senior Children's Physiotherapist

Donna previously worked for 12 years as a paediatric physiotherapist within the NHS before moving to Humanity Physiotherapy. She has experience of working with children from birth through to adulthood. During her NHS carer she was the Lead Physiotherapist for a community based Physiotherapy service for 7 years. She has also worked at Acorns Children’s Hospice as a paediatric physiotherapist.

 

Donna specialises in treating neurological conditions in children of all ages, development delays in babies, musculoskeletal conditions in babies and young children and chronic fatigue conditions. Donna has a great experience of supporting the education and health care plans process from a movement prospective. She is also experienced in working with children following accidents, surgery and medical interventions.

 

Donna has developed skills and strategies during her career and as a mother to work effectively with children of all ages and learning abilities. She is passionate to make physiotherapy sessions fun, engaging and purposeful to children and parents to achieve the best possible outcomes.
