A specific class where the exercises have been specifically adapted to be safe for a woman’s body during pregnancy; allowing you to nurture your body with gentle movement, strength and relaxation while your pregnancy progresses. This class helps to ease symptoms of pregnancy, prepare the muscles for birth, aid quick recovery post pregnancy, reduce strain on the lower back , strengthen pelvic floor muscles and aid relaxation. Class is suitable for ladies from 12 weeks through to full term.
ALL CLASSES ARE RUN BY TRAINED PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 6 PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS
Tuesday’s 6.30- 7.30pm
£12.50 - Pay as you go per class
£60 - ClassPass6 - block of 6 Classes* (£10 p/class)
£90 - ClassPass10 - block of 10 Classes** (1 free class)
*ClassPass 6 - 6 classes to be used within 10 weeks from date of purchase.
**ClassPass 10 - 10 classes to be used within 16 weeks from date of purchase.

(If you attend Beginners, over 50's Pilates or Pilates for all you can attend any of those classes p/w.
If you join our pregnancy class in the later stages, ClassPass sessions can be carried over to Mummy & Baby Pilates.)
