Pilates

MUM AND BABY PILATES

If you have enjoyed Pilates in pregnancy, or are ready to take the next step to start your postnatal recovery, this is a natural progression in the months following delivery. A more relaxed class where your baby is welcome and you have freedom to balance exercise with the need of your little one. The benefits of this class is to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, re-educate and retrain muscles throughout the body where natural changes have occurred. 
 

Babies and pre-walkers are welcome along to this relaxed class. Suitable for mums from 6 weeks post-partum.

ALL CLASSES ARE RUN BY TRAINED PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 6 PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS

Wednesday's 10.30-11.30am

Thursday's 10.30-11.30am

PAYMENT OPTIONS

£12.50 - Pay as you go per class

£60 - ClassPass6 - block of 6 Classes* (£10 p/class)

£90 - ClassPass10 -  block of 10 Classes** (1 free class)

*ClassPass 6 - 6 classes to be used within 10 weeks from date of purchase.

**ClassPass 10 - 10 classes to be used within 16 weeks from date of purchase.
 

Buying a ClassPass gives you the freedom to book the relevant classes for you.

(If you attend Beginners, over 50's Pilates or Pilates for all you can attend any of those classes p/w.

If you join our pregnancy class in the later stages, ClassPass sessions can be carried over to Mummy & Baby Pilates.)
