Yoga is excellent to help with strength and flexibility and also helps with anxiety and depression. You do not need to be flexible to do yoga!!!
The class consists of breathing and poses, followed by 10-minutes guided relaxation at the end of each class – time for your body to recover and time to focus on total release.
Modifications or variations will be given depending on fitness or any issues within the body.
Suitable for beginners of any age and any ability.
