Pilates

STRETCH & RELAX

Our Stretch and Relax class offers you the chance to unwind and have 30 minutes dedicated to you, to release tension, from the body and mind. 

​

The class requires individuals to hold longer poses for several minutes to help stretch and calm the nervous system. There will be a focus on breathing and relaxing the mind.

You should feel refreshed, relaxed and rebalanced after the class. 

​

All beginners are welcome, and if mobility is restricted, we can tailor the class to suit you. 

​

ALL CLASSES ARE RUN BY TRAINED PHYSIOTHERAPISTS,

WITH A MAXIMUM OF 6 PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS
